This is a truly great guitar! It has a big confident tone, a very personal voice, and easy action. It was played on the road by Dorian Michael for a couple years because it’s a guitar with some real stage presence. It got well broken in, to say the least. This guitar records very nicely, both rhythm and lead but especially chording behind vocalists. It is lush and rich without the tubby bass end of some large guitars. It’s a joy to play a big ole’ G chord into a good mic with this guitar. And with its bottom end clarity it loves Dropped-D tuning.

DISCLOSURES: There is lots of lacquer checking from a couple years on the road around the country. There is a well repaired 2 inch crack on the top, upper bout, on the bass side. There is no internal damage associated with the crack. There is also a 1 ½” scratch on the lower bout bass side. This scratch is only on the top and does not penetrate the inlay or binding.
Set Up:
Guitars are set up with low action to make playing as easy as possible.
The set up can also be adjusted to meet the desires of the individual buyer
