Hotel Cheval, small 16 room hotel, perfect location downtown, brand new but feels like it has been in Paso forever, decorated like an old horseman's lodge, includes breakfast buffet, on the weekends it includes a carriage ride by Chester the horse. http://www.hotelcheval.com/index.php
